Jesus was very clear on His mission. He was with the very people who needed His love, help, healing, and forgiveness the most. The religious leaders wanted to maintain their image and social standing. Jesus wanted to ease the pain and suffering of the poor and needy. He wanted to give them hope… hope that would not fail them. That is what He still wants to do for us. There is STILL a GREAT need for that now more than ever. This may be the best time to share the Good News… now that there is so much bad news everywhere around us. Share His love… it never fails those who believe.
Please let others know about the great love of God and His love for sinners. Ask if they are feeling more alone… or more connected with others now. Ask if they are seeing people being more kind, gentle, and helpful now. Some have said that bad times bring out the best in us. We certainly have seen examples of ‘heroes’ across the country. Be that kind of blessing to those around you. Always Take Time For God’s Word© each day or as you see great acts of kindness on TV or at 5:32 am or pm. Please set a Reminder on your phone for 5:32 pm and copy this verse into the title. When it rings, look at the verse and picture someone that you can reach with the Gospel. We are all called to spread the Good News. We show His love in so many ways…ask Him to help you find the right ways to share it with those near to you. Have you heard the call… this is NOT one that should go to voice mail… answer it today.
We now pray for ALL the physicians, doctors, nurses, and ALL medical personnel who are on the frontlines of the COVID-19 pandemic. There are SO MANY who are making sacrifices and are putting themselves at personal risk to care for others. Let them know that you pray for them. Support them and their families. Show them love and kindness wherever you can. We will never know all the sacrifices made by so many at this time in our history. God knows. Let Him see how your compassion is saving the lives of others. Stay in…stay well… stay blessed. Pass it on to ALL the sinners who are in need of repentance and salvation.
