Jesus reinforces the message from the scriptures by stating that these promises had now been fulfilled. ALL the promises of God were fulfilled in the life, death, and teaching of Jesus. God keeps His promises to us! Jesus kept His Word and showed Himself to be truth. Now it is up to us… we need to share that Good News with others. It is truly the BEST news that they will ever receive. Share it by email, text, calls, video chats, letters (yes, snail mail)… or however you are able to pass along the love of God in Christ Jesus. Be creative. Be persistent. Be prayerful… always!
Please pass along this verse to those who need to hear the Good News. Ask if they are hearing anything encouraging on the radio and TV during this COVID-19 pandemic. Ask what stories are most encouraging to them. Listen to how they respond. Let them know that Jesus changed our world in just 3 short years in His ministry. Yet, it was His death and resurrection that proved His sacrifice for all of us. It is STILL Good News! Always Take Time For God’s Word© daily or as you hear compelling stories on TV or at 4:21 am or pm. We now can ALL relate to looking forward to something to come… the end of COVID-19. We expect it. We want it. We want it soon. And, it will help to make life more manageable and routine. People were ALL looking for a Messiah. They needed it. They wanted it. They hoped it would improve their life… and it did, just not in ways they had expected. Recall His Word often throughout each day to remind you of His love, joy, peace, and more… Every day with Jesus is a great day… with the best yet to come!!Please pray for all police, fire fighters, and emergency personnel who are still responding to their usual crisis situations AND they are doing it amid the COVID-19 pandemic which may put them at further risk by a contagious disease. They are going above and beyond their calling in service. Thank them. Let them know that you are praying for them. See if there are ways that you can help them and their families. Do whatever you can to support ALL of those at the frontlines of this virus spread. Continue to be that blessing to others. Stay blessed as you stay well. Pass it on to those who may still be waiting for some Good News… as Jesus is the answer for the world today.
