You will rest…at the end of days…

12:13 Daniel “As for you, go your way till the end. You will rest, and then at the end of the days you will rise to receive your allotted inheritance.“ (NIV)

God had revealed many things to Daniel. Daniel had written them down for future generations to read. God provided Daniel a time of rest before he was called home. Then God had promised him an inheritance. It is the same inheritance that we will receive if we have claimed the love and forgiveness of Jesus in our lives. We receive it because we are called the sons and the daughters of God. As we close out the book of Daniel, be reminded often to have the courage and faith that Daniel displayed. Know that God is with you always and in ALL ways!

Please route this verse to family and close friends. Ask if they expect any kind of inheritance in this life. Ask what they would do with that money and if it would change their lives. Pay attention to their responses. Our inheritance through Jesus Christ will be an eternal one… one that no one can take from us. It is an inheritance that each person must claim for themselves. It requires a personal faith and belief in what Jesus has done for you. Claim it now… and look forward to enjoying it forever. Please Take Time For God’s Word© often each day or as you plan you rest at the end of the day and at 12:13 am or pm. Set this up as a Reminder at 12:13 pm on Fridays and copy in the whole verse into that Reminder. As you see it, thank God for His great love and provisions for your life AND for your life to come. Pray that you will use each of His many blessings to in turn bless others around you. There is no reason to stockpile blessings… He has PLENTY more planned for you to share!

Please continue to pray for all the doctors, physicians, nurses, PA’s, lab technicians, pharmacists, etc. who work to keep us healthy and to help us when sick or injured. There is a growing shortage of trained medical professionals as many are retiring and younger staff have not been trained in sufficient numbers to replace them. Let those that you know understand how much you appreciate them. Tell them that you pray for them. Encourage young people to consider service in the medical field as their career choice. Be a great blessing to those around you. Pass it on as Good News for as long as He gives you breath and until He calls you home to your place of eternal inheritance.
