Submit fully to God’s will for you!

14:36 Mark. “Abba, Father," he said, "everything is possible for you. Take this cup from me. Yet not what I will, but what you will." (NIV)

Jesus is spending His time in prayer. He knows what needs to happen. He seeks God’s will. He will follow what God has planned… even though it will be painful, and it will lead to His own death. Do you spend time in prayer…seeking God’s will for your own life? Know that He has a plan for you. His love will see you through this life and into eternal life. Follow Him. Trust His plan for you!

Please alert your family and friends to this verse. Ask if they have ever needed to pray to God for direction in their lives. Ask if they felt that He gave them the direction they were seeking. Remind them of the direction that Jesus was seeking from God. He left it completely in God’s hands… Jesus would do whatever God has intended. We need to do the same. Continue to Take Time For God’s Word© day-by-day or as you see a cup and at 14:36 (2:36 pm). Tell the staff that you are praying for them. It will be a blessing to hear that from you. Pass it on to those who are still waiting for the Good Newsit has come in the life and death and resurrection of Jesus.
