We can Praise the Lord…now!

115:18 Psalm “But we can praise the LORD both now and forever! Praise the LORD!" (NLT)

Praise the Lord! What a great way to end this series of memorable verses from Psalms. It is the fourth series we have done in Psalms. We will do another one early next year. We will start a new series in 1, 2, 3 John and James next. They will give us some inspirational and motivational verses for us to learn and to use. This final verse reminds us that we need to Praise the Lord…NOW! If you are like me, we tend to want to wait for some BIG moment or event to offer our sincere praise to God. Yet, we realize that He gives us BIG moments…small moments…and ALL moments. We need to praise Him for each of them as they happen. It will also make you aware of just how many special moments He gives to you each day. Enjoy each of them. Share that joy with others!!

PLEASE pass along this verse to friends anywhere and everywhere. Ask if they ever felt so overwhelmed with good things that they just offered a word of praise to the Lord. Ask what holds them back from offering God a word of praise for the MANY great deeds He has done for them. Let them know some of the things that cause you to Praise the Lord. By making them aware of such items, it becomes more likely that they will take notice of those same things in their lives, too. Always Take Time For God’s Word© daily. Each new day offer Praise to the Lord and then remember this verse as “115:18” and then don’t be afraid to say the words ‘Praise the Lord’ out-loud. Others make ask what you are seeing that makes you want to Praise the Lord. Then, you can tell them. You never know when that witness is the one that finally gets through to them. They will be eternally grateful that you took the time NOW to Praise the Lord. You can even use the abbreviation…PTL… as a short-cut phrase. Then they will really ask what that means. God opens many doors for us… trust Him as you go through each of them. Praise the Lord!!

Today we especially focus our prayers on our family and friends. It is easy to skip over them in our daily prayers. We know that God watches them… so we miss the blessing to them and to us as we lift them up… each of them by name… in prayers on their behalf. Tell them that you are praying for them. Ask that they also include you in their prayers. We do that… we support one another in prayer. It binds us together. It shows that we are the family of God. Even if distance separates us momentarily… His love pulls us tighter together. Stay blessed in all ways. Pass it on through your praise to Him… PRAISE THE LORD!!
