May the Lord bless and keep you…always!

115:15 Psalm "May you be blessed by the LORD, who made heaven and earth." (NLT)

We will soon end this series on the book of Psalms. There have been more than 230 verses that we have shared from the Psalms. There is a lot of thanks, praise, and glory given to God throughout the Psalms. When you realize just how blessed you are as an individual and especially for those of us living in the USA, we need to say, “THANK YOU, LORD” each and every day. I know we have problems and challenges to address… and we will. Yet, we have freedoms and resources and opportunities which don’t exist in many parts of the world. Now it is up to us to take those blessings and multiply them for His kingdom and for His glory. Be that great blessing to those around you… share His blessings with them. Thank you!!

PLEASE give this verse to family, friends, and neighbors. Ask if they feel they are a blessing to others. Ask how they give or show that blessing to those closest to them. Share with them what you do share blessings. Encourage each other in your giving. If you are trying to out-do your neighbor, do so in showing His love to them. Then, again Take Time For God’s Word© every day. As you count your blessings, recall this verse as “115:15” and then be a wonderful blessing to those near you. This is worth setting an alarm on your phone for 5:15 pm with the title, “PS 115:15 May you be blessed by the Lord,…” When that alarm rings, pause to reflect on the MANY blessings that you have received. Then, look for ways to be a blessing to those around you. Can you imagine a world where people were regularly trying to be a blessing to others? Now, do more that just imagine it… go and make it so! Then see how it changes your world for His glory!

We offer up prayers for all of the youth and children’s choirs and music programs at our churches and fellowship groups. Music is a blessing! It just is. Great words of inspiration. Catchy tunes that you can’t get out of your head for days. Smiling young faces. Voices praising God. You’ve got to love it. (At least I do!) Now, offer your encouragement to them. Support them. Thank their choir or music leaders. Let them know how their music blesses you. Enjoy it and let it touch your heart! Pass in on to everyone that you meet by living for Him and by showing His grace to all that you touch today! Stay blessed…always!
