‘And the winner is…’ We all imagine that someday that will be us…yet, you are ALREADY the winner. You have been saved by grace through faith in Jesus. He is the Son of God. God is in control. You are His! That makes you the biggest winner of all… you have inherited eternal life with Him. Hallelujah!! So… are you living like a winner? Are you sharing your inheritance with others? Are you giving generously to others of your time, talents, and possessions? Are you enjoying each day by knowing that you are His now…and forever? What is stopping you? Live like the child of the King. Give Him the glory for it all. Be blessed to be a blessing!
PLEASE route this verse to everyone that you know. Ask if they have ever won anything significant in their life. Ask how that made them feel and if it made a real difference in their lives. Pause to hear what they have to say. Then let them know about the free gift from God that makes them the biggest winners in life… they get to know Jesus personally and forever. WOW! It is a great gift…and there is no ticket to buy… or numbers to match. It is all done by the grace of God. That’s great Good News! Remember to Take Time For God’s Word© each day and as you see any ‘winners’ in the news, then recall this verse as “108:13” and praise God that He has brought you over to the winning side. This may be a verse or verse card to copy as your new ‘wallpaper’ or ‘background’ on your phone or on your computer. It will remind you often that you are a winner… you are precious to God… you have great value… you are His child. We all need encouragement. We all need positive reminders. We all need to know who we are AND whose we are. This verse will help you to remember it deeply in your heart. The winner is… YOU!!! Thank God for that!
Each month, we are pleased to pray for those organizations who lead the way in global missions… organizations like World Vision (Federal Way, WA). Through the past 25+ years, I have greatly enjoyed sponsoring children and causes which they so diligently care for across the globe. Lives are changed because of their work. The love of God is shown in their actions. They start with the basic needs and work up from there. What a blessing they have been to me. Support them or organizations that provide similar services to those in greatest need. Be part of teams that have a global reach. It really opens your eyes to the needs of brothers and sisters who are waiting to discover that they too are winners… through the sacrifice of Christ. Stay blessed in what you do. Do it ALL for Him! Pass it on from the winning side!
