You can live burden free…Praise the Lord!

68:19 Psalm “Praise be to the Lord, to God our Savior, who daily bears our burdens.” (NIV)

Each morning, I cast my burdens on the Lord. I give them over to Him to keep and to help resolve. While it doesn’t change the reading on my bathroom scale (unfortunately), I do feel a weight lifted from me and my attitude for the day looks for opportunities to serve others and to Praise the Lord. If you have not made that part of your ‘start-of-day’ activities, then I would highly recommend it. Letting go of past sins and mistakes are great to leave behind. It gives me much more time to do new things than to rehash old problems. Now that is something to ‘Praise the Lord’ about!! Try it today… and every day!

PLEASE offer this verse to friends on social media or on your email list. Ask if they have any regrets that they would like to leave behind. Ask if their burdens bother them each day and cause them to obsess about them. Remind them that Jesus came to take away all of those sins which would weigh us down. He gives us a new life… a fresh start… to live for Him. Be ready to Take Time For God’s Word© often each day whenever you feel burdens of past sins, repeat this verse as “68:19” and Praise the Lord for ALL that He has done for you. To help recall this verse, you can print it out as a verse card. Put it with your money or credit cards in your pocket or purse. You will see it often. It will help you to turn over your burdens to the Lord. It will let you know to ‘Praise the Lord’ (always a good thing do to)! It should raise your sights to look up. Even ‘the sky’ is no limit for you (as God has no limits on His love for you). With such an attitude adjustment, we can take on any challenge for the day. He is with you AND He will carry your burdens! Let Him!!

Let us continue our prayers for all of Christians across all of the colleges and universities around the world. We pray for the students, faculty, and administrators at those institutions. Many of these liberal schools mock or insult those who express any kind of faith in God or Jesus. These attacks can cause doubts and fears to those students who receive such treatment. Encourage those students and staff. Support them in any ways that you can. We need their influence on education and career training. Be a blessing to them. Pass it on with Praise to the Lord for ALL that He has done for us.
