Recent survey results show a continuing decline in church membership and attendance in the last 20 years. More people are showing no religious affiliation. Somehow, they think that they are doing OK without God. What a mistaken point of view! We know there will be a judgement day. We do know that ALL people will need to acknowledge God in that day. Why would you want to miss out on all of the blessings that He freely gives now? It is NOW when we can see and proclaim the amazing things that God does for us… all of us… if we will just accept Him. NOW is the time to see God acting in your life. Don’t miss it!
You can send this along and comment on this verse to all family, friends, and co-workers in His kingdom. Ask when was the last time they were afraid of something…really scared. Ask why that had them so afraid and what they thought would happen to them. Tell them about the amazing things that God has done for them and that He has taken away the fear of death and judgement all because Jesus came to die on the cross to take away our sins. Truly amazing grace! Please Take Time For God’s Word© many times each day as you see His amazing acts of love, then recall this verse as “64:09” and proclaim the acts of God to those around you. Easter Sunday is always an amazing day for me… better than Christmas with excitement. The tomb is empty. Christ is risen…He is risen indeed! Only God could do such an awesome act of love and kindness and mercy and grace. AND some people are missing out on seeing this and on knowing this in their hearts. They are missing the Good News. May this verse be a motivator for you and for me to keep sharing the love of Christ. To keep proclaiming His forgiveness. To keep showing His love. To keep offering acts of kindness to those who need it most. Our efforts must continue. The world is dying to know what Jesus did for them….and we must tell them SOON!
Today our prayers extend to specific missionaries that we know… name them by name. They may serve around the world or around the corner. There are mission opportunities EVERYWHERE. As some have said, either YOU are a missionary or YOU are a mission field. We must have a sense of urgency in sharing the Gospel. We do NOT want anyone to miss out on knowing Jesus as Savior and as Friend. Time is running out. Make every day and every opportunity count for His kingdom. Just sharing a verse of hope may be the word they need to hear from you. Be that blessing to others. Speak of His love. Show His love in your actions. Keep these friends in your prayers. Pass it on by proclaiming His mighty acts and the amazing things He does… through you! Have a blessed Easter! He is risen!!
