Be joyful every day and pass it on!

51:12 Psalm “Restore to me the joy of your salvation, and uphold me with a willing spirit.” (ESV)

Joy is so much more than just happiness. It is a deeper feeling… a long lasting sense… an assurance that all is well with your soul. Knowing Jesus gives you a sense of joy. We need to be reminded of ALL that He has done for us and the gift of salvation which comes through knowing Jesus as Savior and Friend. We need to be encouraged to have a ‘willing spirit’ as we enter new situations and meet new people. We need to know that God is with us ALWAYS and in ALL circumstances. I pray that you experience great joy each day. May it fill you up and may it overflow onto those around you! Be that kind of blessing today!

Continue to lift up your prayers for all of the foster care organizations and groups who place kids into homes and families that need love, comfort, stability, and care. These kids only want to be wanted. They want someone to watch out for them. They need you. They need your support. They need your time. They need your prayers. You can show a willing spirit by reaching out to help those organizations in your community. Encourage those foster families. Bless them for being a blessing. Pass it on with great joy and with a willing spirit to follow God’s plans for you!
