Teach right from wrong and abide by it!

37:30 Psalm “The godly offer good counsel; they teach right from wrong.” (NLT)

As the people of this country, we need to know and understand right from wrong. We need to teach it to others. It is for the good of all citizens. It is effective. It must be enforced. As Christians, we know from God’s Word what is right and what is wrong. We need to follow that and to put His love into practice every single day. People will see the difference. They will see you do and say things that show that you are a child of God. Live like it!

Please offer this verse to your friends and family, both near and far as you copy this blog or this link for them. Ask if they ever find it difficult to determine what’s good versus evil… right versus wrong. Ask how they maintain that decision and ask how that helps to drive their actions. Tell them about how God’s love for us should be guiding us in our daily walk with Him. Follow His lead. Please Take Time For God’s Word© whenever you see people doing wrong, then think of this verse as ’37:30’, and ask God to help you to do right each day. Don’t be afraid to offer good counsel and sound advice to those closest to you. Help others choose to do what’s right. Share with them from Luke 6:31 “Do to others as you would have them do to you.” (NIV). Christ’s love for us goes beyond just these words (some call it the ‘golden rule’). We will do even more out of love for others… just as Christ has done for us. Show His love in all that you do!

We pray for all of the agencies and organizations around the world who are helping where needed in the refugee crisis in so many countries. We especially pray for Exodus World Services (Park Ridge, IL) for their great heart and mission to help families to relocate and to get a fresh start. They partner with congregations to have members welcome the refugees and to get them set up in their communities. Many people mentor, help, instruct, etc. and become friends to the new families in their new homes. What a great outreach. What a service. What a mission. Support them if you can. Be a blessing to any new families in your neighborhood. Stay blessed! Pass it on with good and godly counsel to those in need!
