Walk hand-in-hand with God today…

37:24 Psalm “Though they stumble, they will never fall, for the LORD holds them by the hand.” (NLT)

Holding hands. Such a simple expression of love… trust … comfort … joy… and more. I remember as a small child holding my dad’s hand, leading me through a crowd. All I could see were knees and legs but I knew that he would not let go… he would take me carefully where we were going… and I knew that I was safe in his hands. That’s how it is with God… only much more. He upholds us. He catches us as we stumble and nearly fall. He leads us. He keeps us by His eternal love for us. Take hold of His hand today and walk with Him by your side. You are in the hand of God!

You can promote this verse to all of your contacts on social media and on email by sending them this blog or the link to this page. Ask if they remember holding the hands of parents OR if they hold the hands of kids or grandkids. Ask if that creates a special bond with them and their loved ones. Let them know that we have the opportunity to take the hand of God and to walk with Him each day. Share with them the joy of walking with the Lord each day. Always Take Time For God’s Word© whenever you see people holding hands, then think of this verse as ’37:24’, and thank God for leading you by the hand each day. As you know by now, I am a very visual person. I have verses on bookmarks, on wall plaques, on verse cards in various places, and in my photos on my phone. I need the reminders. I need to pause to remember to thank God for ALL that He has done for me. I hope that is a part of your daily activities as well. Remember God because He is ALWAYS thinking of you. Stay blessed… and let those blessings spill over to those around you. You are a blessing… don’t ever forget that!!

Please pray for and support you local food banks and soup kitchens. They are truly a life-line of support to so many who are still struggling in life. If Christians took this seriously, and if we each gave just one can of food or a box of cereal each week, the food banks would be overflowing and the soup kitchens could welcome more people to serve. We need to be ‘doers’ of the Word. We need to take the message to heart and then to give from the heart to the needs of others. THANK YOU for what you are doing even now. I commend you. I ask that you do just a little more. Be that blessing. Stay blessed always. Pass it on from His hand to yours and from your hand to those that you touch today!!
