What are you worried about? It seems like we all worry about something… even when we know that it is time and energy wasted. King David reminds us that we are to ‘fret not’ about the wicked people even when they seem to get all of the attention and seem to get their way all of the time. We may even seem envious about how easy they seem to have it. Yet, we KNOW that they will be judged for their actions and that whatever they gained will be lost… for eternity. Let us keep our eyes on the prize… the promises of God which have always proven true. He will keep us close to Him through any situation. Trust Him and thank Him often!
Please send along this verse to your friends, family, and co-workers in His kingdom. Ask if they can think of someone who is truly wicked but seems to be getting away with it. Ask how long they think that he or she will get away with those behaviors. Remind them that God sees it all. He will provide their judgement on that last day. Help them to see that we have it ‘all’ even now as we know Jesus as Savior and Friend. It is the best gift that we can ever receive. And, please Take Time For God’s Word© as you see a photo of someone wicked, then recall this verse as ’37:01’, and turn your worries over to God. This may be a good verse to print out as a verse card or even as a 5X7 photo. It is so easy to worry… even about silly things… or those who do wrong. We need that visual reminder to keep our focus on Jesus and we need to turn over all of our worries and cares to Him. It will lighten you load. It will improve you outlook. It will free up time to help others… time you didn’t think you had. And that creates SO MANY blessings when you do that. Be blessed to be a blessing!
Continue your prayers for all of the Christian Colleges and Universities here and around the world. We need them desperately. We need their teaching. We need their faithfulness. We need their witness to the love of Jesus to a world that needs His love more and more each day. Support them. Encourage them. Encourage high school students to consider these institutions for there higher education. We need to train up the next generation of believers. Pass it on without worry and with full confidence in what God can do!!
