Do you hear God speaking to you? Most of us don’t hear a booming voice from heaven… which would clearly get our attention. We hear God speaking to our hearts through His Word. Certain verses speak clearly to a need or a situation or an action that we need to take in our lives. Verses which we have read dozens of times before suddenly have new meaning to us… we are finally hearing the voice of God. Pay attention to His voice. Follow His commands. Do what He asks. Be blessed beyond measure for it!
You can copy this blog or this link to commend this verse to all of your family, friends and neighbors. Ask if they have heard the voice of God speak to them. Ask what verse or what words spoke to their hearts. Let them know how God speaks to your heart. Listen carefully each day for His voice calling out to you. Then, Take Time For God’s Word© as you hear the different voices of people… then recall a favorite verse or think of this verse ‘29:04’, and thank God for speaking to you. Let your voice be heard. Share words of hope and love and joy and peace. Let your words be encouraging and commending to those around you. Words are powerful. Use words which bring blessings to others. Be ready to share a favorite verse with others. They will hear God speaking to them through His Word which you share with others.
Our earnest prayers go out to all of the seminaries and institutions which are training up the next generations of clergy, ministers, and lay leaders for our churches and fellowship groups. We need more pastors and ministers to continue to serve and to grow our churches. There is a gap now. There will be a huge gap in the next 5 years. Far more pastors are retiring than those who are graduating from our seminaries. Encourage youth to consider the ministry. Support them. Pray that more will be called into the ministry. Be a blessing to those who serve you now. Pass it on through an encouraging voice and words of blessings to others.
