Know what you desire the most!

27:04 Psalm “One thing have I desired of the LORD, that will I seek after; that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the LORD, and to inquire in his temple.” (KJB)

If someone asked you ‘what is your heart’s desire’… what would you answer? Long life… good health… loving family… leave a legacy… good reputation… OR is it to know God more fully. If we make loving God our highest priority in life, the other things will fall into place. If we make other things the highest priority, then we seem to lose God along the way. Don’t miss out on a single great blessing that God has planned for you. Keep God first… now and forever!

You can send along this verse to family, friends, and co-workers in His kingdom by simply copying this blog or the link to this page. Ask about their top priority in life. Ask what they are willing to do to focus on that priority. Share with them the love of God and that He is first in your life. We cannot fathom the great joy and love we will feel when we are in Gods’ presence. It is what we long for. Don’t miss it for the world. Be ready to Take Time For God’s Word© whenever you check the time… think of a verse like this one, then thank God for all of His blessings each day. We all get busy… crazy busy sometimes. We lose track of time. We lose sight of God. Pause for a moment when you check the time to remember that all of our days are in His hands. Seek out His plan for you. Show His love. Be love in action. Give Him the glory. Give Him the praise. You will have an amazing life and a powerful impact for His kingdom. Let that be your desire each day… to live for Him!

We continue our prayers for all of the memory care, Alzheimer’s units, and hospice facilities and for all of the staff, patients, and families of those patients. It is very hard to see your loved ones disappear before your very eyes. It can be painful to have a spouse, parent or grandparent who now does not know you… memories of a lifetime have been lost. Yet, we can still show the same love and care and affection to those family or friends. We know that they are still in God’s love and care. Support them. Call to talk to them or just listen to them. Be there in their time of great need. You will be a blessing! Pass it on through tender words and loving acts of kindness every day!
