Where is your hope for 2019??

25:05 Psalm “Lead me by your truth and teach me, for you are the God who saves me. All day long I put my hope in you.” (NLT)

We all need hope. It compels us to keep going… to do more… to give more… to pray more… to forgive more… and SO MUCH more! Without hope, people give up their will to live. We can help them! We can give them the same message of hope that God gave to us through Jesus life and death and resurrection. We can show them the truth and teach them to follow in His ways. Your sharing could give others hope… and life eternal. Pass it on!

You can easily send this verse to close friends, family, and co-workers in His kingdom by copying this blog or by sending the link to this page. Ask if they have ever felt that a situation or problem was hopeless. Ask what they did to restore hope and to keep going. Listen carefully to their response. Share with them your own stories about how God has given you hope and how He teaches you life-lessons each day through the Bible. Always Take Time For God’s Word© whenever you think about teaching others or about hope, then recall this verse. Memories are built when we give focus to something and when we make it unusual or striking. You may set a Reminder on your phone for 5:05 pm with the title “5x=Hope”… 5 X 5 is 25…verse 5 which talks about our hope that God gives to us. Continue to help others to grow in hope. Recall 13:13 1 Corinthians “Three things will last forever--faith, hope, and love--and the greatest of these is love.” (NLT). Practice those every day!

Our prayers go out to all of the early responder organizations like the Red Cross who give people assistance in crisis situations… they give hope. What a mission. To be there when people need hope and help and healing. That’s what they do. That is what they give. That is who they are. You can do the same. Support them when you can. Volunteer if you can… it will be an experience beyond any other. Be a blessing by sharing hope with someone in a hopeless situation. Please pass it on each day in actions which bring glory to God!
