We just completed an in-depth look at the book of Isaiah. There are many great verses to recall from the prophesies about Christ. We are now back in the book of Romans for another look at many powerful verses in the later part of that book. We now have well over 1000 verses that have been posted daily to Facebook. None of us recalls all of them BUT I do hope that you have added 10 – 20 new ‘favorite verses’ that you think about as you check the time each day. Make it a new habit… check the time, then think of a verse. It may be a verse for that time or just a verse that comes to mind. The point is simple… make God’s Word a priority in your busy day. That is what we share with you. That is what we encourage you to share with others. Now that you have been ‘made right with God’ through Christ, go out and help to make a difference the world… for heaven’s sake! I pray that this series will be a blessing to you and others as you pass it on!
Copy this blog or this link to send along this verse to all of your friends on social media. Ask if they are ‘law abiding’ and follow ALL of the laws. Ask why that is not possible for them or for anyone. Let them know that Christ has paid the price for our sins. We can know God by accepting Christ into our lives. That changes everything. We become new again. Pray that they will come to know Him as Savior and Friend. Then, Take Time For God’s Word at 10:04 am or pm or as you see the word ‘right’, recall this verse. You may want to add this at 10:04 am as a Reminder on your phone. Put the title as ‘Made right with God’. The numbers ‘10-4’ are used in citizen band radio, police and emergency calls to mean 'yes, I understand your message‘. Let it remind us that we understand that Christ died for our sins so that we may be made right with God. That is what we try to share each day at “Take Time For God’s Word” on Facebook. With most all of the election results finalized and confirmed, let us continue to pray for all current elected officials and those who will take offices in the coming months. There are so many real issues and concerns which need to be addressed. We need to encourage all of our officials to represent well the people in their states or counties. Encourage them to work together for the common benefit of us all. Be a blessing to them. Help them to serve well. Pass it on by sharing the love of Christ in word and deed each day.
