Do you have peace in your life?

26:03 Isaiah “You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you.” (NIV)

Do you ever feel at peace within yourself? OR, is there a constant struggle between what you want and what you know that God wants for you? Few of us experience that inner peace OR if we experience it, it is not for very long. Yet, that is where God is trying to lead each of us every day. It starts with our trust… our complete trust in Him. It needs to be steadfast. It needs to occupy our minds often each day. It needs to include our prayers and our review of His Word. Seek His peace each day. It is well worth your time and it will give you even greater joy in life along the way.

Click ‘Like’ on this post and click ‘Share’ to route this verse to all of your family, friends, or co-workers in faith. Ask if they feel at peace with God today. Ask what may be stopping them from feeling His peace in their hearts. Share with them what brings you peace. Offer to pray with and for those friends. Continue to seek His peace in all that you do. Then, Take Time For God’s Word whenever you hear or see the word ‘peace’, recall this verse. Set a time each day when you can spend some quiet time with God. It may be 15 minutes or 45 minutes. You will know how much time you need. Give Him your complete focus. Give Him your full attention (no cell phones). Focus on His Word. Share your needs and concerns. Give Him your thanks and praise. Soon, you will find that this is some of the most peaceful time you spend all day. He will give you His perfect peace… there is nothing else like it in our world!

Our prayers continue to be with all of our pastors, ministers, and lay leaders in our churches and our fellowship groups. Be that blessing to them. Tell them that you pray for each of them. Ask what you can do to help them out (they will definitely appreciate that.) They have many demands on their time and they too need to experience the ‘perfect peace’ in their lives. Support them and their families. They will be blessed to be a greater blessing to many others. Stay blessed where you are. Pass it on by saying just one kind word to someone whom you have been avoiding.
