Where do you go to find safety and protection? We all have a place. Maybe you go to a family member… an old home… a church… or to a good friend. It is a place where you are welcomed, cared for, loved, protected, nurtured, and supported. That is what Isaiah found in God. He was always there. He always cared. He helped the poor and needy. He is that and so much more!! Seek Him each day! Rest in His arms of love and mercy!
You can give this verse to friends or family who are in need of help today by sharing this blog or the link to this page. Ask how they are doing and ask what you can do to help. Ask if there is anything that you can pray for in their situation. Let them know that God is with them always. He often takes us through the storm so that our faith and our trust will grow stronger in Him. Stay close to them and help them through this day. Continue to Take Time For God’s Word throughout each day. You may want to save this as a photo on your phone in Favorite verses. We all have needs. We all have problems. Yet, only when we trust in God do we have the answer to all of those needs. He can handle any problem. Seek Him daily through His Word. Pray often. Find ways to share His love with others in word or deed. Help the poor and needy to find Him!
Please pray for missionaries that you know. Name them in your prayers. Ask for God’s love to cover them in ALL of their many challenges on their mission field. If you do not know any missionaries, check with your church or fellowship group to find out who you can support. These women and men have heard the call to GO and they have gone out to share the Gospel. We can also share it at home, at the neighbor’s house, or to the new family down the block. It is taking the Gospel out to others. We can all do that! Be blessed in that outreach. Pass it on with words of love and acts of kindness each day!
