We all seem to focus on champions. People who have chosen a sport or cause or profession or interest AND they have sacrificed much to attain their proficiency in that area. Our challenge is to make that focus one that brings honor and glory to God. Is that your focus each day? Some people feel that they are wise in their own eyes… yet, they are failing the only test that counts… following the plans of God. Seek Him first each day. Stay close to His Word and you will find great purpose in your life!!

Pray with them and for them. Be the light of Christ in their dark world. Always Take Time For God’s Word at 5:22 am or pm or as you see people wrongly focused on habitual drinking, then recall this verse. It seems we all know someone who has a problem in this area. We have tried to help them. We have tried to be a friend to them. Often, they need more professional help and support groups. Don’t give up on them. Help them towards recovery. Help them to experience the love and acceptance of Christ. He can change lives… forever.

There are many Christian singers and song writers who are having an impact on our youth. They share a clear Gospel message. They share words that are memorable. The words and tunes stick with us for days. Share your favorites with others. Be a great blessing with the music you share. Pass it on at full volume!!
